Very professional

Nice guy, very efficient.  Knew exactly where best places were to apply treatment.  Provided some education about our particular issue.  Within a week the ant problem was completely gone.  This may be an annual event for us not sure since this was the first time for us using a pest control specialist.  But if it is, it's certainly worth the $100.  Problem is completely gone for now.

We had some mice and they are all gone. They do a really good job. They went to the basement and all over the building and now they are telling me there's none.

They never checked to make sure skunks were still under porch, after they left cages that were a joke. They came and thru marsh mellows in cage. The skunks left and now we have 9 skunks in area.

It went fine and the tech was very knowledgeable. I had tried 2 other services before and it didn't work.

Other companies would only offer a monthly service for a minor problem that would have cost me a lot more money. They treated the problem with one visit. Haven't seen a bug in months.

The company as a whole were very professional. The services person (Terry) was on time, I ask that he call 15 mins
before arriving and he did. He gave us some suggestions how we could go about controlling the problem. We have took his
advise and so far so good. I would recommed Rose Pest Solutions.to anyone who has this problem.

I called on a Friday and spoke to Chris directly. He was friendly and answered all of my questions and he explained their pricing to me. I didn't want a service contract, which is great because they don't do contracts, they work on a case by case basis. We are a six unit condo building, so as soon as everyone was on board with this service/expense I called Chris back on Monday and scheduled our initial visit for that Tuesday afternoon. I was given a one hour arrival window, 12 to 1pm, for the technician. Erik called me at 12:15 to say he was on his way. Parking on our block is impossible, so I told him to call me back and he could park in one of our parking spaces in the alley if necessary. He was in our alley on his phone for a while but just before 1pm he called me to tell me he was ready to start. Erik was so friendly and put me instantly at ease. He spent about an hour at our place. He was very thorough, including crawling under the deck to get to the area that is most infested. He explained everything he was doing and took a photo with his cell phone to show me how he had placed traps in the rat burrow. He told me they also have a handyman that works with them that can give me a quote to help rat-proof this under deck area, with wire mesh and rock. Erik gave me a lot of good information and made a very unpleasant situation easier to deal with. He advised me to speak to my neighbors on each side of our building about the rat activity in their yards (it was obvious, even to me), because that would really help to eliminate the rats. I'm very happy to report that both of these neighbors have called and scheduled CPCS based on my recommendation. The only thing about this experience that was a little off was that when I asked Chris about payment he said to make the check out to "Advanced Maintenance and Pest Solutions" because they have merged. Erik's shirt and business card had this companies name on it as well and when I asked him about it he said that they are sister companies. To me it seems that they are one company using two different names. It's confusing, but not a big deal. I will continue to recommend CPCS and Erik to as many neighbors as I can. This is expensive and only time will tell if it's effective in eliminating the rats. I really hope it is!

Very well. Happy with the service. The ServiceMan was very nice and assured me he would not need a return visit.

Team was responsive to inquiry and showed up the same day. They monitored the rat situation, coming out numerous times to check traps and lay bait. In addition neighbors opted for their services as well. We will call them again this spring for preventative maintenance.

.I think the service is ok. Its still to early to tell, but they were very prompt, very courteous, did what they said they were going to do and they are giving me the Angies List 10% off. So far I would say they are excellent but i will know more later when their done. They do have to come back for a follow up.

After consulting Angie's List, we called Chicago Pest Control. Very pleased with response, service, and professionalism. I phoned initially to get an estimate on services, which they provided. I called the next day to schedule an appointment, which we were able to make for the next afternoon (though I think that was more so because of my schedule; I'm sure they could have been out to our house immediately, if that had been requested). Erik, our technician, arrived on time; he was very knowledgeable, very professional, clearly had experience in the field. The company seems honest -- i.e. I felt they were trying to respond to my need rather than "sell" me a bundle of services. Best of all, we haven't seen an ant since Erik left yesterday. We'll use them again, as needed, and I'll recommend the company to friends.

Fantastic. Quick response from my first phone call (on 4/2) and the crew arrived two days later (4/4). They were prompt, courteous and professional. Everything was explained well and they got right to work. Now, two more days later (4/6) those pesky ants are GONE! Gone! Thank you so much!

Did a great job, went above and beyond the call of duty to let me know what the problem was as well as explain what had to be done to prevent it in the future. Keep me informed the whole time, great communication. Very pleased, will certainly be using again...

I used two of them, and the one owned by Chris Cober was great. They were careful and courteous, and they followed up on the work. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I made a phone call in the morning. They were at my house by noon. They did the job quickly and efficiently. The guys that came were knowledgeable and friendly. I have not had any ants since.

I called this morning and they had a team in my area and they came over right away. They were incredibly efficient, professional and nice. It took maybe 20-30minutes totally and they cleaned the spiderwebs in our front area and were detailed and very thorough. Amazing job and would definitely use them again.

We had an infestation of spiders in and outside of our house along with a few bees/wasps making a nest along the brick of the outside of our house. Bryan came in and sprayed every nook and cranny, expect the snake room because he did not want to hurt our animals - he was always very cautious and very kind to our animals and spent extra time getting to know our dogs which I thought was great. He explained why the over-the-counter home sprays I had been using don't work for the spiders and explained where they were nesting outside of my house and spent extra time in those locations. He also took care of the bees, even though he is allergic (he explained if you get stung too many times that'll happen)!

He also told me how my lawn must be filled with ticks, fleas and other insects but it was my first summer in the house and I hadn't had a problem so I told him no. He explained how next summer he'd like to get me on a plan to get rid of the fleas, spiders, and mosquitos and might have to come monthly. I told him we'd think about it and he was off. Well, I was ONE weeks late on my flea and tick meds for my dogs over the WINTER and sure enough both dogs got fleas and my cat ended up with tape worms! I now trust him with my life and will have him over whenever he wants. His prices are the best around he he sure knows what he is doing!!
