Motorcycle Service
Dealer failed to provide the paperwork in a timely manner to enable us to register/obtain a license plate for the motorcycle. Sold the motorcycle without a certificate of origin (they owed money to BMW), changed financing paperwork and signed our name inappropriately. Subsequently discovered the dealer has a poor rating with the BBB. BMW of North America is aware of dealer's business practices but since they sell a large number, they overlook the practice. We filed a complaint with the IL Attorney General and contacted our attorney to get the matter resolved.
