I received a prompt return phone call. I was able to email a picture of what I needed removed. They stopped by that morning and reviewed the work to be completed. By the time I got home that evening - the work was completed. From start to finish everything was completed in one day.

I contacted Chicago Hauling regarding having a very large amount of assorted debris removed from my garage.I left a message and was later contacted by Ventura Munoz who came out and assessed the job and gave me an estimate.The following date a very large truck from Chicago Hauling arrived with a three man crew.The crew got to work right away and worked hard removing the large amount of assorted debris(some of which was very heavy).The job was completed,and the garage was swept clean.I was very pleased with the service provided by Chicago Hauling.

Call return for estimate was very prompt, estimate was very good compared to two other quotes I received and they showed up on time and did very good work.  Even did a few other small clean up items on the list for free.  Very reliable and reasonable cost.

It went smooth.  It literally took them 10 minutes to get it out of here (whole process).  Nice guys.  Quiet and polite.  I have so much more space now.  The worked great it was just a giant behemoth.  Needed to go.  They even groaned when they saw the size of it but were able to carry out the TV.  So let me say that the owner Ventura was very easy to reach.  Was on top of what needed to be done.  I called him and asked him if they could come on a particular day.  He called me back after he saw the pictures within a half hour and we set it for the day I wanted them to come by so he was right on top of it.  Very pleased

They arrived on time after giving me a call first to let me know that they were about an hour away. They came in the alley and used a Bobcat  to remove about four inches of gravel. The area covered was 23 feet by 11 feet. They hand dug around the edges and cleaned the alley when they were finished.  I was given quotes up to $550.00 for the same job from other haulers. I give Ventura and his crew high marks and would use them again in a heartbeat!  Mark me a happy camper.

I called 4 vendors to get quotes on my project.  Ventura came out and gave me a quote before 2 of the other vendors even called to setup a time to look at the project.   Granted, Ventura said he would get here the evening before he did, but he did call, apologize and arrange to come the next morning. 
I asked when they could start around 1pm.  He said tomorrow at 9am.  The crew (6 guys) showed up at ~8:45, and worked their butts off.  They put down a tarp to try to contain the mess and got going.  They packed 2 dump trucks very full and were done by around 4pm including a 1.5 hr lunch siesta.  Ventura came by about 1hr into the job, checked on things, and came back when they were about 2 hours from finishing and stayed to the end. 
They did collect a pile of recyclable metals off to the side, and came to pick that up the next afternoon since they had no space left on the 2nd dump truck.
It's a messy job and they did a nice job.

Ventura promptly returned my inquiry call.  He came to give me an estimate the next day.  The next morning, he and his crew arrived to remove construction materials.  They were prompt, professional, worked quickly, with respect for my property.  The price was fair.

The crew were available the day after I contacted Mr. Munoz to set up the job. They arrived on time and worked very hard. They cleared the site, left it clean and ready for use. Mr. Munoz was on site most of the time to supervise the work. He and his crew were friendly, professional, and very thorough.

Ventura and his workers were very polite and efficient.  Ventura gave me an estimate on Thursday and he started the work on Friday.  They were prompt and completed the job Saturday.  The work is beautiful and gives our home and property a whole new look.  Thank you Ventura and Team!  We will be doing business again!

The job went fine. They arrived on schedule and were very quick. I was glad they were able to fit the work into my schedule so that we could empty the house when we needed to.  I would definitely hire Chicago Hauling the next time I need something moved or removed.
