After very poor response time two young men showed up, took the window off the track, down to their truck and return, 20 minutes. They were unable to put the window back in the track, began to drill, hammer and pry the track, broke away chunks of metal from the track, pulled the sill away from the wall, scratched off the sill paint. The window now does not open and the side window is jammed.
