They were great to work with. The guys that came out did a great job. They were friendly and responsive. I had to clean the mess up as they were working because the second guy had to go back to get some supplies. The only surprise was the mortar they used did not match the white mortar in the existing windows. They used a tan mortar, which matched the exterior trim of our home. They told us on the phone that the tan mortar would turn white when it dried. However, it never changed color at all. We decided not to make them re-do it because we were busy and it looks fine from the outside.
