About us
Chicago Energy Consultants is a family owned business that has been providing the Chicago area Energy Audit and resource conservation consulting services since 2006. We provide a wide range of services, from our basic Space Conditioning focused Home Energy Audit, up to our premium level 'Total Audit' which includes the analysis of additional items like electric usage, water consumption, indoor air quality, moisture intrusion, and more! Our experienced staff will walk you through each step of the process, from explaining what an energy audit is, all the way to presenting our findings and linking you up with our vetted contractor partners to help you put an improvement plan into action. We can even test any work that was performed to assure that it was completed safely and that you get what you paid for! We are RESNET certified energy raters, and are members of the Illinios Association of Energy Raters and Home Performance Professionals. We also are certified by RESNET to provide training, mentorship, and quality assurance for individuals who want to become energy auditors! Occasionally we will use subcontractors when dealing with very large or specialized projects (+50 unit buildings, industrial facilities, or large commercial properties over 50,000 sqft). Our service area includes Chicago and its suburbs: including Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, Kane counties. Other outlying areas may be subject to a fuel / travel surcharge, please inquire for details.
