I have used them several times. They were very responsive and came out right away when I needed them. They were good. Some of the repairs, they were less expensive fixes without having to replace parts and things. So, I think, they are pretty good values.

They got the job done promptly.

They were very nice to deal with and I was pleased with their service. He explained everything to me and told me the services that were completed. He even let me know about additional tips on servicing my furnace. I found him to be very helpful and knowledgable. I also found them to be very accommodating as they worked with my schedule.

Chicago Cooling replaced our 1927 movie theater's antiquated heating and air-conditioning system with a couple of cost efficient rooftop units. They were professional and supportive during the entire process. We are now enjoying the most comfortable temperatures our building has had in the last 85 years! We are extremely happy with their work and will strongly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

It was raining at 7:30 a.m. so I called the company to ask if a technician was going to keep the 8:00 a.m appointment.  I was told that a technician would NOT make the 8:00 a.m appointment due to the weather.   I would receive another phone call telling me when to expect him.  The technician came at 8:00 a.m. which was NOT agreed upon.  This lack of communication was unprofessional and inconvenient since I wear a leg brace and scrambled to put it on so I could get to the door.  As for the rest of the service call, I found that the technician wasted time...more time, more money.  The B grade for quality was earned when tech came up with a good solution to secure the air filter which often shifted.
I subsequently spoke to the Customer Service Manager, George who wasn't interested in hearing the details of the technician wasting time.
Yes, my credit card was rejected as my credit card company feared fraud.  After I spoke to the credit card company and authorized the transaction, it was processed.   During the conversation of payment rejection, I raised the issue of wasting time and George responded with a dismissive attitude as I previously stated. 
My business expectations are simple: do as you agree and communicate clearly.  Someone from Chicago Cooling should have contacted the tech and communicated my expectations.  I paid the company for the time I spent putting on my leg brace, the tech's inefficient service and was not not heard when I tried to raise an issue.

 I scheduled a heater servicing.  I was offered an immediate date for servicing.  The repairman was prompt.  Performed the job quickly and provided some important feedback about the heater.  Excellent experience.

They were very good. The price seemed very fair for such a big job and they were able to get it done in a very efficient manner.

Overall I was extremely pleased with the work completed by Chicago Cooling and the interaction I had with Drusko who did the work. Drusko made recommendations on how to improve efficiency of the units. He found that one of the humidifiers was not working properly and needed a replacement part. I received a call the day after he was out with the cost of the replacement part and asking if I wanted to go ahead and schedule time for the part to be installed, given the cost of the part. As our unit is one of six townhouse units, Drusko made a recommendation as to how we could all reduce the cost of air conditioning unit maintenance as all work on the air conditioners currently requires two people due to the location of the units. Scheduling of service was quick and painless. An individual by the name of "Mark" did the scheduling and he was very accommodating to my schedule. Drusko came back to do the part replacement and was just as courteous and professional as he was the first time.

Chicago Cooling came the first time and needed to order a part, so they did something to make the heating work temporarily. But the heating will NOT stop regardless of what the temp control set it to be, so our room reach 90 degrees with the heat still running. They came the 2nd time, the 3rd time, it took total of 4 times for them to fix the problem. There are 3 things we are not happy about Chicago cooling. They don't seem to know what their previous employee did on the same job. Although they are friendly but not very responsive, we have to call several times to get response on status. Billing seems to be unclear. We received a bill with one of the visit we already paid for. We will not use them again.

I was very happy with the consultation, purchase/sale, and installation process. They outclassed the other 'top' companies that we considered by being responsive, courteous, friendly, and professional. While we obviously need to wait and see how the system performs under a range of weather conditions, we are very happy at this point with the significant noise reduction that we achieved.

I GAVE THEM A B IN QUALITY BECAUSE THE NEW INSTALLATION HAD A RELAY INSTALLED THAT WAS NOT THE BEST QUALITY AND I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO REPLACE IT. THEY DID COME AND REPLACE IT WITH A HIGHER QUALITY RELAY. THEIR FOLLOW THROUGH IS EXCELLENT. THEY DO SERVICE DOWNTOWN.
