Chicago Clean Home

Got a cookie-cutter cleaning, with little option for tailoring to actual need. Did not heed arrival instructions, did not put things back (such as leaving bathroom scale on tub, instead of back on the floor), left half-bath locked, requiring tools to open. Things are clean, so I did get what I paid for, but not thrilled.

So far they are AMAZING! So quick and they leave my home smelling clean and fresh! My 3 pets makes our house pretty hairy and Chicago Clean Home leave it looking like I never had any animals :)

Everything was great! Everything was cleaned as I requested and it was done in a timely manner. The price overall was reasonable and the service was great. I did not have to point out anything and ask them to re-clean. I was impressed overall.

This is the third time I ask this company to come by and do the cleaning. Honestly, the third time was the best cleaning I got. At first I was hesitant to give my comments and feedback about the cleaning but I think that they take it with an open mind and try their best to fix whatever you don't like. I started being very specific about what needs to get cleaned and where etc. and the service just keeps getting better. Also, the price compared to other companies is pretty good. They are also efficient and professional. Chris (the manager) always replies promptly and is there to help out deal with all the cleaning needs for your home. I definitely recommend this company and suggest you be specific with your cleaning needs so that you get what you expected, they take it all in and make sure you are satisfied which is what matters. Extremely well.  I had lots of construction performed in my home and needed a very deep cleaning. Chris and team arrived on time and spent two days cleaning the home. His staff is very friendly, kind, detail-oriented and experienced. They also provide high quality cleaning supplies which is a bonus. Will definitely continue to use this service on a weekly basis!
