 + -1 moreThe delivery driver showed up on time, within the 2 hour time window I was given. He came inside the house to see where it would be put, checking the ceiling height and making sure he could get the tree down the hallway to the back of the house. He was very nice and polite. He prepped the tree outside so there was less mess in the house (which I really appreciated) and carried it in. The tree looks really good. The delivery driver has extra trees on his struck and he said once he brought it in if I didn't like it, he could swap it out. But no need, because the tree is wonderful. Much better than an artificial tree. Just make sure you water it a bunch the first day, and so far it needs to be watered every day. Love the smell in the house too.
Description of Work: I ordered a tree on line on a Friday, requesting Sunday delivery. Everything was great. Before I ordered I got an email telling me about the service with a coupon, which is why I decided to order a fresh tree. I was hesitant to buy a tree sight unseen. However, the owner Jim has a painting company, which I have used 3 times in the past 5 years (they are excellent) so I assumed he would do a good job with this service. I was not disappointed. Next year I plan to order a tree again, and it is worth it even without a coupon.

 + 0 moreThey came in set up the tree, cleaned up really nice, and were really friendly. The whole process was really easy and was so relaxing because you didn't have to go to a tree lot. The tree was really nice and full and we will be using them again. Jim and Clay were so accommodating.
