"So we've taken some time to put all of the pieces together on this one and they don't add up. There are numerous emails to the client regarding the sewer condition which were stated at the time of inspection, in the ensuing report, and via email post inspection. The physical delivery of the sewer video scope was delayed by the 3rd party contractor but the issue at hand was well known to all parties involved. Our inspector, Robert, also has numerous email threads discussing issues post inspection. There is a disconnect here between expectations and the Client had an understanding of what he wanted us to do versus how we actually do it; such as us sitting down after the inspection to review all of the findings. We're sorry, that's what the report and phone follow up is for. There was also some consternation about the location (where in the home) two missing screens were. In his review, the Client states that there were items that were "missed, glossed over or ignored altogether" but he won't share those with us. Why? I, the owner, reached out several times post inspection to the Client to do whatever is in our power to make this correct, including a FULL REFUND of the inspection fee. I've yet to receive a response as of Friday 11/3/2017 from voice mail or emails to the Client."
