He charged our church 200% increase. He gave an estimate of brick work outside and little bit of painting inside. His price was extremely high. It was very good quality work. He would contact 24hours later we contact him.

Jack was here every day to oversee the progress of the projects. It took just over a month to complete. This was pretty amazing, considering the amount of work to be done. The teams of workers were very well coordinated. When the framers finished, the carpenters showed up the next day. When the carpenters finished, the drywallers came in the next day, etc. Rain did not seem to deter the construction. Everything happened quickly, smoothly and on time. Jack gave us frequent updates and we never had to move out of our house during the construction. Jack even accommodated our whims during the project, like adding a new front door and changing the brickwork in the front of the house. There was only one problem where the floor was uneven and we solved this with the carpet installers. The house looks beautiful and we have had many compliments. We highly recommend this company for any construction project.
