Against my better judgement, I took my realtors advice and shopped my loan around to them.  Everything was okay to begin with, but once the deal was signed and the closing was imminent we saw the truth.  This company is as unprofessional and nefarious as they come.  The closing was delayed for 6 weeks for reasons unknown to everyone but them.  Beyond the delays, the biggest problem was that we fought tooth and nail for the seller to pay for a huge problem with the house (about $12k of problems) and finally got them to give the money to us on closing.  I had asked if this was going to be a problem getting this money back at closing, and they said of course not.  Behold, when the loan finally came through this lender actually required us to use all that money for closing costs and points...We never saw a dime of that cash since it was all absorbed by them.  Estimated that the bait and switch cost us about $6k after closing.

They don't even service the loans, the just sell them immediately.  Do yourself a favor and find a real bank.
