First of all, the contract is only half page. No clear definition and description for the quality of the job, type or models of the materials. Second they left with unfinished work and said would never come. There is a 1.5 inch gap between wall and the finished part of the tile floor in the bathroom. The toilet was in unstable position. The light and exhaust fan share only one switch. The sink is leaking and the faucet for the tub is wrong size and not fixed. The only drywall they built for the new bath is tilt and that affects the tiles in the wall. The dirt and dust were everywhere in the house.
