I had to put $750 up front for the mortgage and then got a rebate of about $300. Everything was fine, but they were short on staff, so I had to wait longer than usual because they had to take care of home sales first before they finalized my refinance. They were in contact with me during this waiting time, and they did take care of me in the end.
