Initially, their scheduler, Sue, talked to me on the phone about my situation and needs. I think this is a huge key to getting the best results. Based on that, Kirsten was scheduled to be my organizer. I also was thrilled that they could accommodate weekends and had availability within a week. During my visit, Kirsten showed up promptly and ready to work. She took a few minutes to understand my situation and goals but in no time was already digging. I worked shoulder to shoulder with her all day which I felt helped maximize the results. However, I could also see she was picking up on patterns and was getting some of the most obvious items put away in agreed upon spaces. I can see why they encourage the customer to join in, but could also see how a customer could be less hands on if needed. We spent 7.5 hrs organizing, which is likely more than many can handle, but the end result was everything organized and put away, as well as much of the existing storage being reorganized. Exactly what I was looking to be accomplished. I loved that as we organized, Kirsten would give feedback/suggestions but would work with my decisions regardless - if I wanted to keep something, she immediately moved to proposing where to keep it and how to organize it. There was no judgement - neither with decisions nor any items I had. She simply takes whatever you have and gets it dealt with in a way that works for you. Her organizing left me with things in logical places (to me) where I should be able to find them. I have some organizing tasks left but they were agreed upon and I feel that I will be able to accomplish them with how much neater everything is. Honestly I can't believe how much of a transformation we accomplished. Thank you!

I just had knee replacement surgery and my wife had throat surgery, but the team from Chaos to Order came in the day before major closet reconstruction. We hired Closet Works to redesign all of our closets but the pots, pans, and clothes had to be removed. Chaos To Order did an excellent job...and once the closet construction is complete they are coming back.

I purchased the 4 hour intro package. Sharon was scheduled and came to the house. I had a short timeline and they worked it into their schedule quickly. We reviewed all the areas of the house that need work. For what we were doing we focused on the family room. We went right to work setting up bins/boxes to put items that needed to be given away, tossed, go to another room, ect... We spent most of the time together pickup up each item and identifying where it should go. Then moved everything to the rooms identified. She spent the last hour organizing what was left in the room. We needed some more time to really finish but we were given homework to finish to get it closer to done. With this done and being kind of energized by the process, I did the same process in multiple other rooms in quick mode and the inspection went well. She sent a follow up email with summary of what we talked about needs to still be done. We do need to continue the process and as time allows we will look to use them again.

They were a little pricey. However, they provided very helpful advice, acted professionally, and did a quality job. Furthermore, they completed everything within a week which was great.

I have used Chaos to Order many times over the years and have always had an exceptional experience! The providers are professional, efficient, helpful, patient, and fantastic organizers. Recently, I had their help organizing my office, garage, and a large storage space. Not only is everything beautifully organized, items that could be donated were taken from my house and brought to the appropriate charity. I had the pleasure of having both an organized space and the knowledge that someone else might be able to make use of things I no longer had use for.

As part of our redoing our closets with Closet Works we received two hours of Chaos to Order's services. Kathy Miller came to house at the time scheduled. We felt like we weren't in too bad shape and we didn't need her to tell us how or what to get rid of as we have been editing all along in our moves from a townhouse (TX , to a Condo of similar size (UT) and lastly to a smaller condo in Chicago. What we wanted was to tell us how we could improve as we go forward. Kathy was wonderful, she utilized what we already had in place but shown us how to rearrange our closets to get the most use out them. All of her suggestions were simple to accomplish and they were extremely helpful. She even looked at my sister's bedroom and shown her how she could use her space better by using a bookcase for a TV instead of a large file cabinet that she was using now. She gave us another suggestion to allow us to have more space for Can goods. We would highly recommend Chaos to Order and would be glad to have Kathy Miller help us again as we further organize our condo.

I set up an appointment to get my office organized with Chaos to Order. They were easy to communicate with and followed up to remind me of the appointment. Everything that you would expect from an organizing consultant. I explained what I wanted to accomplish and I was matched with a consultant that understood my needs. The, a week later, Candace from Chaos to Order came to the rescue.
The whole process was amazing. In three hours, my office was orderly and neat. I had the papers I needed to work on first organized and I had a clear idea of what I should do next. Candace has lot of suggestions on making things work the way I did so I could keep the office orderly going forward. She moved my desk and printer table so they were connected, something I would never have thought of and a much better solution for how I work. She was a delight to work with and I even had fun throwing away all the stuff I don't need. I enthusiastically recommend Candace and Chaos to Order. Next will be the guest room closet in the spring!

This is the BEST INVESTMENT I'VE EVER MADE IN MY HOME & MYSELF... and by far one of the best service providers I've come across in my 54 years in Chicago! Vicki arrived ON TIME, EVERY TIME, with a warm smile and fabulous attitude. The CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL, she quickly earned my total trust & confidence. She also earned my gratitude for NEVER BEING INTRUSIVE or making me feel bad over how messy my house had become. Most amazing of all was how quickly and efficiently Vicki worked, while making MINIMAL DEMANDS ON MY OWN TIME AND ENERGY. Few professionals can do that. Kudos to ''Chaos to Order'' for hiring such INTELLIGENT, SENSITIVE & SELF-MOTIVATED staff. If you could have only one thing done to your home, HIRE THESE GUYS. Received a 2 hour certificate for CTO services from ClosetWorks and I paid for an extra hour. The organizer was one hour late and no one called to alert me. I placed several calls to the main number to find out what happened, no one called me back. The experience was average. The organizer did not seem to be very experienced and I was not overly impressed with her skills.

THESE CALLS WERE PLACED AFTER OUR NORMAL 9-3 BUSINESS HOURS. WE DID RETURN THE CALLS THE FOLLOWING MORNING, LEAVING A MESSAGE TO PLEASE CALL BACK, BUT WE DID NOT GET A RESPONSE. IF WE DO NOT CONNECT BY PHONE, IT IS THEN OUR POLICY TO SEND A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS DELIGHT. BUT AGAIN SHE DID NOT RESPOND. THE MEMBER CONVEYED TO HER ORGANIZER THAT SHE WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB DONE AND EVEN OFFERED A TIP! OUR ORGANIZER DECLINED THE GRATUITY BECAUSE SHE DID FEEL BAD ABOUT THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT CAUSED HER TO ARRIVE LATE. WE AT CHAOS TO ORDER DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS COMPLETE SATISFACTION, HOWEVER IF WE ARE NOT MADE AWARE OF ANY DISSATISFATION UNTIL WE SEE IT ON ANGIE'S LIST, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CORRECT IT!"

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. IN 3 HOURS THE ORGANIZER HELPED ME GET MESSY BOXES AND PILES SORTED OUT AND FILES SET UP IN A USABLE SYSTEM. SHE KEPT ME FROM GETTING BOGGED DOWN, HELPED ME SET UP FILES THAT MADE SENSE, AND WORKED NONSTOP FOR 3 HOURS. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL, ENCOURAGING, NON-JUDGMENTAL, TRUSTWORTHY AND WORKED HARD. I KNOW SOME OF THEIR ORGANIZERS GO IN AND WORK BY THEMSELVES, BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS REALLY HELPFUL TO WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM. HOWEVER, IT IS REALLY HARD WORK IF YOU'VE GOT A LOT PLANNED, FOUR HOURS IS ABOUT ALL I COULD TAKE!
