I must admit that I usually take the time to write a report when I am not happy. We have had a lot of contractors in and out of our home to do work, and the majority I have not been impressed with. HOWEVER, this is where it stops. Adam is absolutely wonderful!!! He arrives on time each day, offers to help move furniture without any extra pay or being asked, and answering the phone EVERY TIME I CALL to ask a silly question. Aside from his fantastic work ethic, his work is beautiful and inexpensive. We had work done in a dinning room, office, and kitchen. He removed the carpet in both the dinning room and office and installed beautiful oak floors. He stripped the kitchen and resealed it, while repairing all of the cracks and stains. I should not say this, but he should charge more for the work he does! Throughout it all, he tried to keep the /house as neat and clean as possible by sweeping. I would use him again and recommend him to everyone!

Adam sanded the floors in my newly-purchased condo. (I decided to apply the finish myself since I wanted to use a particular natural finish with which he had no experience - nor did other floor finishers.) After my first call Adam was prompt to follow up with me; when I told him that I wouldn't be able to commit until a particular date, he did not pester me, but did call me after that date; this suggests to me that he is well-organized and keeps track of his customer contact. Adam has an accent, but works to make himself understood (calling him from a quiet place helps). He visited to make an in-person measurement and a free estimate. Adam was on time for all appointments that we made (estimate, starting the job, meeting to conclude the job). The work was done on time and appears to be very good (it's the first floor I've had sanded). Adam has been reminding me of all the things I must do to apply the finish well. References I received from two other customers were positive.
