We’re glad we selected Century City for our bathroom remodel, they came recommended by a friend and we can see why. The workers were polite & respectful, always cleaned up before the end of the day and hauled away all the debris. They used top quality materials and have an excellent warranty, we got to pick the styles we like and the work was completed within the promised timeframe. Our salesman Kevin was excellent to deal with, ensuring our satisfaction throughout the process and Jose ran a great team of workers. We will not hesitate to call Century City back for our next bathroom remodel, the prices are very reasonable and the quality of work performed exceeded our expectations.

Kevin was my sales guy and was super responsive every step of the way. We started about two-three weeks after the contract was signed which gave us enough time to shop for our vanities, light fixtures, mirrors and other finishing touches. Century City supplied everything else. A big reason I chose this company was that they do custom showers and will make whatever size shower your heart desires. Others try to sell you on stock sizes and acrylic. They also take credit card payments which proves their legitimacy. Octavio, Andrii and Tino started on time and performed the remodel over 2 weeks and 3 days. Whenever there was a barrier to completion, the three of them worked to fix/remedy quickly. For instance my piping was above ground, and they worked to re-do everything under the flooring so that everything was hidden. There were also some obstacles that they were able to overcome. I spent the most time with Octavio and he is a hard worker, extremely professional, skilled and had a positive can do attitude. Andrii did the tile work in the shower and the piping and was a perfectionist. I had a couple minor requests at the end of the major work, and Tom (my consultant) got his guys to come back within 1-2 days to fix. Overall, I highly recommend this company and commend their professionalism and high quality work. Bravo!

They did a great job with our spare and master bathrooms. We had older acrylic tubs and it was very difficult for my elderly handicapped mother to use them. Century City was able to convert her shower into a walk-in with a large seat and multiple support bars for her safety. They completed the projects in the timeframe our sales person advised and they were able to start a week earlier than we planned. Our bathrooms are updated and modern now and they use very high quality tile and toilets. We're very happy we chose them for the remodels!

The best show of a 5-star review is the desire to hire again, and after my experience the first time, I’m already bringing them back to fix a prior contractor’s errors in my second bathroom. From beginning to end, the entire execution was professional. Everyone who’s not a contractor has opinions about contractors, but I would have a hard time giving constructive criticism to this team, because everything was great. I dealt with a number of people, but they all seemed to communicate effectively on what the mission was. There was no confusion from sales to onsite. The team executing was incredibly respectful of the building, my space, and my requests. We had some delays on my end from materials I purchased (we went through 4 toilets broken in shipping) and their whole team was super patient and kind about the delays. I can’t say enough great things. Hire them if you get the chance. I know I already have again :)

My main complaint isn't really about the work, but the owner's response to issues with the work. We had them renovate 2.5 baths - pretty big job. Work was done reasonably quickly and well. We had one tub converted into a shower with a glass partition. The owner had us do the walkthrough/payment before the partition was up and the crew was still putting on finishing touches. Later, the partition was put up and I foolishly signed off on that paperwork before closely inspecting the work. What I did not notice is that when they replaced the tub with the shower, the shower comes out about 6" farther than the old tub did. I think maybe they did not account for the size of the curb? Anyway, the center of my toilet drain is now 11.5" from the shower partition, which if you were installing a new toilet, from what I've read would not even be up to code. So I think, bummer, I am going to need to get this toilet moved over a few inches. I text the owner with the picture attached and explain the issue and he replies saying that it is "...impossible to move the toilet." Okay... So his offer to fix this is to put in a smaller toilet, which does not even make sense. If my shoulder is smashed against the shower partition on a regular sized toilet, it will still be smashed against the partition if I am sitting on a smaller toilet. All around odd suggestion. Then he says he can remove the partition. Obviously that would look awful and then I would just have a shower curtain draped over my shoulder when using the toilet. Also a bad suggestion. So I ask again why they cannot move the toilet and he basically said that it is too much work and they won't do it. So I am pretty agitated at this point and say if he doesn't offer a reasonable resolution I will post complaints about the work (which I didn't really want to do). He threatens to sue me for that! Is it even legal for him to say that? Anyway I figure the last thing I want to do is let this guy in my house again so I hired a plumber come out and move the toilet. It took two hours and cost less than 2% of the cost of the remodeling job. Lawsuits are not a substitute for customer service!

I fired them two weeks into the remodel. Besides not covering my carpet , the tile layout was crooked, uneven floor and huge gaps between the bas tile and the wall. I was tiled these would settle but after consulting a plumber, I was told it’s best to cut my losses rather than use let them finish a horrible job. There was no communication between the project manage and staff. No he is suing me for a job not finished and poorly done. Pleas do not hire them. You will regret it .

I worked mainly with Alex M and Tom dB from Century City Baths. We needed a partial remodel of our master bathroom and I was very happy with my experience from beginning to end. Tom visited us and took the time to explain the entire process, was very thorough, and addressed all my questions/concerns. Budget was my top priority and Tom made it work! I'm very grateful to him for that. Alex was the lead project manager/contact for the project and I really cannot overstate how professional, reliable, and attentive Alex was throughout the entire process. Any time I called Alex with another question or request, he's the type of guy who picks up on the first ring. There were times where I requested changes and Alex made it happen without a price increase or any trouble to us. I really cannot say that for many other contractors with whom I've worked. Lastly, both Alex and Tom's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction cannot be overlooked. In the interest of full disclosure, there were minor setbacks to bathroom remodel. With that said, I would whole-heartedly recommend and hire them again. Any setback was promptly addressed and it's Century City Bath's professional integrity and amazing dedication to customer service that makes them stand out among others.
