Don't hire this con man! I've known Mark for 10yrs I thought he was a friend. Wow was I wrong! Mark received 90k after my closing. He applied for permits but after a year I still never received permits to begin construction and nothing has been done. I ask Mark to verify he still had the funds and he blocked ? me on media. Huntington bank and myself now have to take him to court to get my money back. Remember i was a friend he did this to. Look at his reviews and dates. His reviews are from his friends and I personally know Dan, homero,Ivan. Dont allow this criminal to take advantage of you. Hire a qualified person one is not a middle con man
