Carrie Georgitsis did not want to communicate with us when we had severe problems with our realtor. She would not get on the phone to help us and it cost us at least 25,000 to 30,000. Do not use her.

The sale went smoothly; after the sale no one will respond to our letters! The absolute lack of any response whatsoever from Carrie or her Re/Max agency has been unbelievable! We are involved in a lengthy lawsuit to protect our the use of our driveway, so we can get our car back to our garage. If Carrie and Re/Max had done their job and made sure the MLS sheet was correct and made sure the Seller's Disclosure was fully completed, we would not be involved in this mess and we wouldn't have the huge expense and stress of a lawsuit!
