This company is what superior customer service is all about. From the first quote to the final payment, they set the bar high for home cleaning services. Their pricing is fair for the outstanding service and professionalism they offer and their communication is excellent. I received a call from the servicemen a half hour before they arrived and they were extremely thorough in walking the house to explain their standard procedure and take note of problem areas. I always step away while they work and come home to carpets that look brand new. They always walk me through my house to explain what they had done; pointing out tougher cleaning areas and instructing on the post-clean procedure. Each visit, they maintain a high standard of professionalism - injecting some light humor, which makes a mundane task that much more enjoyable. Nikko is on my service calls and I would not have it any other way. He is the epitome a true professional and genuinely goes above and beyond any person I have ever met to make sure the job is done perfectly. The rug looked good except for the lighter parts, which were just a small portion. I know those are harder to clean, but I was hoping they would come out a little brighter / cleaner looking. They were awesome in their communication, punctuality of pick-up and delivery, and price (I compared to about 3 other vendors), which is why I gave them an overall grade of excellent.

I just had a very positive experience with Carpet Cleaning Group. I had some horrible stains on my 6 dining room chairs. I brought one chair in to see if they could fix it before I brought in the other 5 chairs. Mike of Carpet Cleaning Group said that he would attempt to clean the chair and if he could not get the stains out he would not charge me anything. An amazing and very generous offer. Luckily they did expert work and got the stains out and now I am bringing in the other 5 chairs. In addition to Mike who does the actual work -- Vytas in the office kept me apprised of the situation throughout the process. Great work and great customer service. Highly recommend them.
