RAFAEL (RALPH) CALDERON PERFORMED THE MONITORING AFTER COMPLETION OF THE ASBESTOS REMOVAL. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS TO MY SATISFACTION AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO ME IN DETAIL. I RATED THIS COMPANY A ''B'' IN PRICE AS I UNDERSTOOD FROM THE VARIOUS ASBESTOS ABATEMENT COMPANIES THAT THE REGULAR PRICE FOR THIS SERVICE IS $200-$300 AND THEY CAME IN AT $300. I DID HAVE 3 MONITORING POINTS INSTEAD OF 2 SO THAT MAY EXPLAIN THE COST? WORK WAS COMPLETED SLIGHTLY LATER THAN PLANNED DUE TO A MISSING PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IN THE FIELD KIT BUT THE SITUATION WAS CORRECTED VERY QUICKLY WHEN ANOTHER TECHNICIAN ARRIVED 30 MINUTES LATER.
