It is a small place where everyone is so friendly. They showed us all the machines and it was never over crowed. They have plenty of machines and TVs to watch while exercising. The monthly membership is reasonably priced as well. I would recommend this health club to others.

I have had a gym membership here for over a year. It gets a little crowded now and again and the space isn't large, but nowhere in the city can you beat this price. I got the membership because it was on the way home from work and I get quite a bit of use out of it. The downside is they have essentially no showers. They have a shower and it is barely covered so you are showering with people walking right next to you in the locker room. I never use it, which is a shame for a gym to not be able to use the shower. For all other intensive purposes, it's a pretty good gym.

This company offers such a great deal, $20.00 a month, pay as you go. The contract was a page long. They are very convenient to my house. There is no pool but there are penty of cardio machines. The staff is friendly and warm.
