"Thanks for the review and your business [Member Name Removed]! We really enjoyed working with you. Just wanted to clarify a bit of the information here. When a property claim is made, it’s for the entire property not just one roof or the other. The garage roof was approved and repairs were approved and completed on the house roof as well. They just didn’t agree a complete replacement was warranted on the house roof. There was damage to both roofs which is why we recommended working with the insurance.
