Call First Sewerage Ltd.

Worse than expected.  The whole house rough-in from top to bottom was actually completed in early 2014, but, it wasn't until  the final fixture install that the problems were revealed.  There was a time delay in the renovation project so the problems didn't show up until I brought in another plumbing firm to complete the final bath fixture installation for two bathrooms.  Multiple water lines were installed in reverse.  The specs for the expensive Grohe fixtures where not read properly.  New plumber had to rip open newly finished walls in order to correct all the issues.   Also, the initial install  took three times longer that originally estimated and one of the three workers had an attitude problem.  I had used Call First previously for several small projects with no problems.  This did not turn out the same.

It went well.. But the owner had to come back out to finish the job

They were on time and professional. They seem to have a better understanding of sewers and drainage then the person we had come out the day before for a gave us a $375 cost estimate and told us that we would need to hire a separate person to clean the catch basin. Call First rodded our sewer and cleaned our catch basin for $150, and did a good job - we saw them pull a hairball the size of a basketball out of our drain.

All went great. I have used Frank on a few occasions at another property and he came on short notice and worked until 8:00pm on a weekday to fix issues with my tenants bathtub drain and shower valve.
This time I scheduled an inspection of the sewer drains in a 120 year old two-flat that I wanted to buy. He and an assistant arrived on time and completed the inspection. They had to pull a basement toilet and reinstall in order to feed the camera scope to the street and back. This was done very professionally and added to the decision to go ahead with the contract for purchase.
At this point I would highly recommend Call First for any plumbing related services. I think their prices and services are fair and honest. I will use them again.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and called prior to coming and were very professional. It was almost like I was dealing with someone I had known for a long time. The day they came out the weather was horrible, but they did not stop until the work was finished. They were a little expensive, but the problems have been solved and have no issues since then I will definitely be using them in the future for some other properties.

After attempting to unclogged the drain lines I phoned Call First Sewer and Plumbing and explained to Frank the owner my problem. He promised that he would give me a call after completion of another job he was working on. He called me just as he promised and arrived at the estimated time. He was thorough and answered all my questions. I would certainly use Call First again. Its good to know that some companies do remember that GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is what keeps customers coming back and brings referrals.

Called them, asked them to arrange the fix with the tenant, they fixed it promptly, then billed the minimum service charge plus $10 for parts over the phone.

Overall, he fixed the problem I needed fixing and did exactly what I needed him to do.

They are expensive but they come immediately if there is an emergency. They do good work. I am satisfied with them.

This is the second time I have used them and they are now my plumbers of choice. I'll call them first when I need a plumber.

They were fantastic. This is the third time that we used them. They were on time. They did a great job at cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them and continue to use them again.

They called right back after I left a message. They made an appointment to come out next day even though it was routine maintenance. They came later than expected, but called to let me know they would still be out that day.

First of all. These guys are the best! Great price, great work! Called Frank and he was busy but told me he's could get to us in a day or so. They came out and assessed the problem and we made a date for them to return. They performed all work, explained what they were doing and gave us suggestions. Charged us what they said they would. No surprises. Great experience.

WE NEEDED A CLEAN-OUT INSTALLED SO THEY COULD ROD THE DRAIN. THE CAST IRON STACK NEEDED TO BE SNAPPED IN 2 PLACES AND A PVC PIPE AND CLEAN-OUT WAS ADDED. OUR CATCH BASIN LID WAS CRACKED, AND THEY HAPPENED TO HAVE A USED ONE ON HAND FOR A FRACTION OF A PRICE OF A NEW LID. THEY SPENT THE TIME TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT SOME OF MY FUTURE PLANS FOR MOVING THE SHOP SINK AND LAUNDRY TO ANOTHER ROOM, AS WELL AS HOW THE WASTE LINES WERE CONFIGURED IN OUR OLD HOUSE. I'VE USED A FEW OTHER DRAIN COMPANIES AND THESE GUYS WERE DEFINITELY THE BEST VALUE FOR THE BUCK.

THEY REPLACED OUR TOILET WITH A MUCH SMALLER ONE. MY HUSBAND CALLED TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANOTHER OPTION, THEY SAID THAT THERE WASN'T. THE TOILET WORKS BUT I'M CONCERNED I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR.
