Renovations are always difficult especially when redoing the kitchen and all the baths but they did an outstanding job. Caldero was very hardworking, fast and lined up all the proper subcontractors. Took a real sense of responsibility on project. They were great. As with any contractor always make sure work to be done is in writing and be as organized as possible.
Definitely would recommend to a friend.

This is not the first time that I have used Leo and Caldero Construction but, because of a long distance move, it may be the last time for quite a while. Over the last 18 months this company refinished and installed 1000 sq ft of solid hardwood floors, replaced all of the moulding and window frames, installed all new interior doors, lifted exterior doors to accomodate new flooring, remodeled the bathroom from floor to ceiling and probably a few other odd jobs that aren't coming to me at the moment in my 1200 sq ft condo. If you are looking for a company to give you personalized service and an honest assesment of the project at hand, look no further. Leo is willing to find a way to work with your budget, including using owner sourced materials, to ensure the finished project makes you smile. The above jobs have always been completed on time and if I am not there at the end of the project to tie up any loose ends, they always come back if there are any touch-ups that need to be taken care of. They are especially great with adding little custom things that really make a difference, adding above bath storage in a small bathroom instead of removing the soffit or installing a custom set of inset shelves for TV components including a hidden outlet so we don't have to look at a mess of cords behind the TV. If it's a big job or a small job, you get the same amount of attention, urgency and professionalize from Leo and everyone who works with him. So far I would say my only complaint is that he won't open offices on the other side of the country...
