They did a good job. They were very nice. It arrived with a broken hinge and they immediately gave me 3 to replace it. They were very accommodating.

We loved it and it was a great stuff. They measured our kitchen and helped us design the cabinets. Then he helped us to do customization and any sort of upgrades that we needed to do. He recommended a few contractors. The cabinets are really great. They do their best to make sure that you get what you pay for. I think that they are very reasonable with their price. They did a great job.

Overall the quality and professionalism was poor. I expect the company to resolve their issues with a consumer in a timely manner. Waiting over a month for anything in today's economy is not acceptable in my book.

My wife and I stopped into Cabinet World when we decided to re-do our master bathroom. Mike was very helpful in working with us to decide what cabinet style and colors would work best with the counter we had already picked out. We got a quote from them and continued shopping around at other custom cabinet places and the big box stores. After not being happy with anything else we found (we were quoted twice as much for the same product by one of their near by competitors!) we decided to place the order with Cabinet World, adding matching trim for framing out the mirror. We were informed that it would be anywhere from 4-6 weeks for delivery, which was not a problem for us at all. Less than two weeks later, I got a call that our cabinets were ready. Since we hadn't even started demo on the bathroom, Cabinet World was more than happy to hold on to the cabinets until we were ready - which was a nice plus for us. We finally picked up the cabinets after the floor was ready, and the warehouse guys loaded everything into our truck for us. Got everything home, and everything went great. My wife and I installed everything ourselves and went as good as could be expected for a couple of DIY'ers. We did have to trim the toe kick to get it to fit under the cabinets, which I thought was a little weird and was kind of a pain, but it all worked out in the end.

They did a terrific job. Pat was a pleasure to work with. He had several great suggestions. They quality and workmanship was first class. Ken did a great job with the installation, even doing a few little extras for us. All in all, a fantastic experience; much better than most other contractors we've worked with.

WONDERFULLY. Mike at Cabinet World was the first company we visited, and even though we did our homework and got estimates at other stores, he made the best impression on us. He was not pushy to make the sale and stood by their quality and customer service as a reason to purchase with them. He was patient with our inexperience and took as much time as we needed while we made the decisions about color, style, and layout. Our cabinets were ready for delivery after only 2.5 weeks, which even Mike admitted was a REALLY fast turn around (he thinks they were pushed through with a rush order) so I wouldn't say that that is a normal time for most orders but we were sure impressed! Delivery was smooth and once we installed the cabinets we had some minor revisions which Mike was happy to oblige. We highly recommend Mike at Cabinet World as he made what we thought would be a hard process completely easy and worry free.

That's where the good news ended. Once we were ready for installation, I could not get a phone call returned and finally had to go into the store to get some action taken. While the cabinets look good and were about 90% correct, the service was lousy. The counter top installer had me come out 4 times to measure and still did not get it right! After several calls to Mike (salesperson) about the counter tops, I finally again went into the store. At that time, he was very apologetic and said he would have the owner of the installation company come out and look at the counter tops and they would take care of any problems. Another trip and the installer did come out, assured me they wanted me happy and he would call in a couple of days after speaking with Mike about how to handle and would send one of his team back out to complete the job. That was early August, it is now mid-November. My phone calls go unreturned, there has been to response and work is still not completed.

Not well. Expect a little less service from a discount warehouse operation, but these guys are really bad. Basically, they had the granite on their showroom floor miss marked, so that when we ordered a specific color, a totally 100% different one showed up at our house. Fortunately, I was able to stop them, before they installed it. When I brought the problem up, they made me and my wife drive back and forth, to show them the samples, to prove the error and then even work directly with their granite guy, to resolve a problem they created, to begin with. Even though it's their vendor, they are located 15 miles closer to the granite guy than my house, to boot! We wasted a full week running around town on their behalf, to fix a problem, they could have remedied, with a simple phone call from them. Very exhausting and frustrating. These are lazy and totally uninterested people to work with, if you have any sort of question or problem. Ugh.

My cabinets arrived weeks late and cabinet doors were damaged. The salesperson had the nerve to say the stain on the cabinet doors was normal. Luckily I've renovated a number of homes and am an educated consumer. All the cabinets had to be returned and I took my business elsewhere. This company does not have integrity and the end product is poor quality.

The cabinets were less expensive than another's, but about the same quality. The granite countertop was installed very professionally. There were no issues with that. However the team sent by Cabinet World to install the cabinets was very unprofessional. They did not line up the upper and lower cabinet seams nor did they make the bottoms of the upper cabinet doors line up with each other. They left a 2X4 behind some drawers in their sloppy cleanup. They cut door molding that they weren't supposed to and they did not ask first, leaving a big 1" square cutout in painted wood molding. They dragged their feet in sending someone out to fix these issues and it took at least 4 weeks and 2 visits by installers to correct the first installers' errors. The issues above were fixed and the light rail and top moldings were reinstalled. We never did get all the light rail trim we were promised from Cabinet World, but I just got tired of calling them about it after about 3 months.

BEST PRICE YOU CAN FIND FOR WOOD DOOR CABINETS. QUALITY IS OK FOR THE PRICE, BUT SOME OF THE DOORS WERE NOT FINISHED AS NICELY AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN, 1 WAS ROUGH TO THE TOUCH. IT TOOK OVER 8 WEEKS (PROMISED IN 5) FOR DELIVERY OF CABINETS - BUT I HEARD THEIR DOOR MAKER'S FACTORY BURNED DOWN SO THEY GET A PASS ON THAT. OVERALL, CONSTRUCTION WAS GOOD FOR THE PRICE. THEY RETURNED PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. YOU MAY WANT TO PAY MORE FOR BETTER CABINETS. WOULD USE AGAIN FOR RENTAL PROPS, BUT NOT MY PERSONAL KITCHEN.
