This guy is honest as the day is long. A lot of businesses use him, he is in the industrial district. Sometimes things are no longer available in a 15 year old car, but he he built the piece I needed. My car was just perfect. He is fast, they let you know everything they are doing before he does it. If you don't need something he will tell you. They are just great.

I have a 2001 Buick La Sabre, my son and daughter in law uses them and they have newer vehicles, 2015.I'm handicapped they pick the car off at my house and drop the car off at my house. They go the extra mile for the customer.

The staff are wonderful. They were prompt. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Engine would not turn-over when key turned to ON after sitting in garage for 4 days.
Jumped car and it ran but after sitting  for 2 hours it would not start again.
Took to C & R and Mark checked the battery, determined that it had a bad "cell", and replaced it under warranty with no charge for the service.
I then had him change engine oil and filter because I know from past experience, he will check many items and verify that the auto is in good mechanical condition.

They are excellent. It was pretty much nothing. It was just the cost of the tire because he has just replaced my tire. He is a family friend. My whole family goes to him. We have become friends since doing business with them. I like their honesty. There are only 3 or 4 people working in the garage and everything is communicated through Mark, who is the owner. He will call me and tell me if there is anything that is additional or whatever and he will tell me the cost, and what's involved. Communication is up to the boss. The price is reasonable.

Wonderful place- the kind you would send your grandmother to. I hit a Chicago pothole and had to replace a rim and tires and get an alignment. Very friendly and great service. This will be my new place to take my car.
