The quality of work was excellent. From what I could see from the ground, the caps around the roof and the new plywood base look great. More importantly, with 5 skylights and many roof openings for pipes, etc., the roof survived the polar vortex without issue. I figure this winter was torture for any roof and would have leaked had they not performed the work properly.
The crew showed up on-time, was courteous and cleaned up any worksite debris.
I have also used this company in the past to repair a minor roof issue in our current house and replace an entire roof on an earlier home we owned.

They were punctual, knowledgable, professional, charming, informative and seem to have done an excellent job....i would use them again in a pinch!!

Marcelino was very prompt coming by to estimate the job and then he completed the job quickly and the work looks great. It hasn't rained yet, so it is impossible to tell if the leak has been fixed. The gutters look fantastic. He cleaned up the work area completely. The only negative comment is that one of his workers was a bit careless when taking off the old roof and a basement window was damaged. Marcelino immediately offered a discount to compensate me for the damage.

IT'S BEEN ABOUT SIX MONTHS AND WE HAVE NOT HAD THE LEAKING PROBLEM SINCE. WHEN I NOTICED SOME REMAINING DEBRIS IN THE GUTTER I CONTACTED HIM AND WITH OUT HESITATION HE CAME BACK AND CLEANED IT UP. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC.
