This company is a FRAUD.  Was desperate in early January to have ice removed from gutters and found them online.  Called, they removed ice and sold me on some gutter ice melting cables which never worked properly.  After several calls, owner?s son came out and discovered the outside outlet was not on.  Ok, after that, I checked it daily but cables still not melting ice and I had slabs of frozen ice all around property, icicles, etc.  Also, I had problem with water leaking through back windows which initial caulking done in January was supposed to fix but did not.  It took them a while to figure out the problem.  First quoted an astronomical sum of money to cut around windows and install sealant.  After I balked at that, clueless owner?s son sent his ?foreman? to review and it was discovered job required less invasive procedures.  I agreed and work was done at an additional cost of $700.00.  Problem with freezing gutters never solved, and I later contacted two separate, established and ?A? rated companies on Angie?s list who said cables not installed properly and are a potential fire hazard!  Called owner?s son and he said they would reinstall and I said, ?No, you didn?t do the job correctly first time and I want my money back!?.  His response was, ?I?m gonna tell my dad!?  Yes, I know, very adult, mature and professional (NOT)!!!  They are unethical, irresponsible, swindlers, scammers, crooks, and con artists!  You have to hound them to get a response and the only thing incompetent owner?s son tries to do is squeeze jobs out of you.

Anthony was very professional.  He arrived on time with his crew and oversaw the entire project.  The price I paid after getting my project quoted was about 25% less than everyone else.  Anthony was referred to me from someone who has been using him for 25+ years.  The entire project was completed in 2 days!  He did not let his crew waste any time.  When they finished they cleaned up and made sure I was completely satisfied.  I was also given a guarantee on the work.  I would def recommend C & M to all my friends.  It has almost been 6 months and I still have no issues.

Very Very good people.  I recommend them to everybody.  It is a family owned business.  Owners where on job site.  Very affordable.  They very professional.  They never left any old material and left the job site spotless.  The workers were very respectable as well.
