Fantastically. I explained my problem to Greg and he stopped by, took care of my hornets and left me a very reasonable bill for his services. He explained that one of the points seemed to have been disturbed and asked me to call him back for another treatment if there seemed to be more hornets returning. So far, we're fine. But if I notice them again I'll be sure to call him right away. I'm very grateful for his promptly returning my call, dealing with the problem while I wasn't home, and trusting him to pay a bill by mail.

Greg called me right back, had a cancellation and was able to come right over. When I got home from work, the bees were gone and the carpenters had continued working. A week later, I got a bill in the mail. When I first called Greg, it was about a wasp nest. On the phone, we determined the nest was not active. Greg said I didn't need him and no need to have him over and get unnecessarily charged. The next day, the other bees nest was discovered.

I called Greg in the morning to tell him about the bee problem in the apartment. He came before noon even if the area was outside of his working territory. He noticed the bees were coming in and out through the cracks along side of the building where the brick and gray stone meet. He got up on his ladder to access the area to be worked on. He treated the area and said it may take five days to completely get rid of the bees. For any problems to give him a call back and he will gladly come again. Greg is so pleasant, very professional and thorough. I highly recommend Busy Bee Pest Control to my friends, neighbors and relatives.

I called Greg on a Monday morning and he came out the same day. I described our problem as carpenter bees which had made holes in our cedar siding and seemed to be increasing. He saw the carpenter bee holes but diagnosed the immediate problem to be wasps which were now using the original holes. He sprayed for the wasps but also treated the holes for carpenter bees. He offered a 10% discount for seniors (which we are) and stated to call him next week if we continued to see the wasps and he would return free of charge.
We had put this carpenter bee problem off because of the imagined cost (and of course it got worse). We were pleasantly surprised that the cost was very reasonable.
--A nice man, professional, and his responsiveness could not have been better. I don't know yet whether the treatment was effective, but I feel I can call him if it was not. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

I noticed some big bees around the garage. They were very intimidating when we went in and out of the car. My partner bought a can of wasp spray at Home Depot, but it didn't seem to have an affect and the spray was dangerous to handle. So I called Busy Bee Pest Control and Greg came out later that afternoon. He said they were carpenter bees and they were drilling holes in the garage wood frame. He then treated the area and assured me the bees would be gone. He was right!
