He was the owner of Burris and son and Jessica he was pleasant he explained everything to me about the furnace about trancing the lines and what the problem was he also asked me to watch what he was during he showed me how to turn the power switch off and reset the buttons if that did not work than IAM to call his company day or night the money was well spent that he charged me I would gladly have paided that and more so listen up Chicago il call Burris and sons and Jessica you will be so happy at your choice and for me the fact that he is A black man and that he is the owner and good at his job try him and you will be doing the same thing I am doing sending out A A A rating Glenda Bush

I recently had a sewage backup. It was awful! First I went to Roto Rooters because they offered a 6 month guarantee. A month later the issue returned. The came back and rodding my drain again, but the issue came back within a couple of weeks. They (1) refused to come back a third time, and (2) refused to offer me a full refund. (See my Roto Rooters review for more details.) Called Burris and Sons and Mr. Burris was able to permanently resolve my issue. Roto Rooters are crooks. I would never used them again. Thank you Mr. Burris for fixing my issue.

Mr. Burris completely stopped the constant leaks from the boiler and replaced heavy steam pipes that had been damaged over time by the constant leaking.  In addition, he replaced a metal side panel on the boiler that had also corroded from the leaking.  He also thoroughly cleaned the burners.  We have had no complaints and the boiler works fine.

Mr. Burris has served the plumbing needs of our building, a six-flat condominium, for well over thirty years.  He has consistently and ably made repairs whenever called upon to do so, particularly of an emergency nature.  He has made repairs following unsuccessful and improper attempts by other (more widely known) providers.  He frequently advises us on how to properly maintain our plumbing and heating systems in simple and inexpensive ways.  He has earned the trust of the condominium association many times over.

Excellent, we called and received same day service. Two technicians came an quickly and efficiently checked our system prior to us turning it on for the year.

Owner and his son came out to look at the problem, performed maintenance and repairs in a timely manner. Also showed me how to re-set the furnace in the event that the pilot light went out again.
