Heating and Air Conditioning Service
He was supposed to check the boiler in numerous years before the heating season. Never showed up or showed up weeks later. My brother kept waiting for him. In October of 2010, our boiler was inoperative. He never showed up. If I had not called someone else we would have froze. I found out later, he may have been having some severe personal problems.
