My 50 Gallon Hot Water Tank in my small gold coast vintage condo had stopped heating water. Bullseye asked me a few questions over the phone and was available the very next day to take a look. The AO Smith tank did not appear to be leaking, but water had gotten into the electrical function. Phil laid out all the options, cost, life expectancy of fix, where the technology and manufacturer were developing their product lines, etc. I also asked for an innovative solution, which he researched for me to determine apppropriateness. (In the meantime, I had no hot water for dishes, laundry or showers). The new replacement tank that I wanted was in Joliet and the next shipment would not arrive until the following week. His assistant drove out to Joliet to pick up the tank so that I would not have to wait a week for hot water. They came early the next morning, switched out the tanks (took the old one with them), and they were done in 2 hours.
This is the fourth time I have used Bullseye in 10 years, for different properties and different issues. They are my "go to" vendor of choice.
