We would have gladly come by to give you a price .To any future customers please call 773 278 0700 ,most times we are working on our customers problems and sometimes dont get a call, due to the extreme spam on our phone sometimes we do not clear the voicemail , I challenge anyone anytime to call that # AND WE WILL PICK UP IF YOU DONT GET US THE FIRST TIME TRY IN 15 MIN THEN IN 30. these f reviews from people we have never seen are ridiculous ,our work is excellent our customer list is impressive the complexity of our repairs noteworthy and our ability to move from job to job on the north side of chicago is unmatched ,No work was ever done, we have never even met you..."

"Im sorry you feel we did not do a good job in july,why did you wait 6 months to review? as I recall we patched your closet ceiling for free, we have good reviews 100 + there will always be someone who is dissatisfied , 5 SUPER SERVICE AWARDS We do more drywall repair and door work than most , I gave you a fair price and did the work in a timely manner,if there is any aspect of our job that customers dont like just point it out and we will fix it, we pride ourselves on doing good work ,sometimes there is a personality conflict,obviously there was one here- barry"

"we caulked some windows.we did not install the windows,we did not flash the windows prior to installation.we did not design the property,the ultimate solution to any water problem is to purchase new windows,gut the opening and re-install the proper flashing,then install the new windows with proper capping this is the only way to eliminate a water intrusion problem,caulking is an inexpensive alternative to this relatively expensive job and we explain this every time prior to caulking,we caulk every day and try are best but the design and installation,age etc.. sometimes make caulking a futile effort,but we always tell our customers that before we get into an expensive repair that the most inexpensive way to attempt to cure the problem prior to replacement is to caulk,"
