Incredibly poor in communication. We hired them to do some repair work including scoping the drains to determine if any additional repairs were needed. We were never given a report of the camera findings and after 15 email requests to them I gave up getting any information.

OUTSTANDING!!!......A representive came out on the same day I called for an estimate and a price of $1,250.00 was agreed upon. On the work day, Arturo and his crew arrived on scheduled time and walked me through the proceedure before starting and answered all my questions. All personnel performed their duties in a highly skilled and professional manner. I would STRONGLY use this company for other work needed in the future.

Bubba & Wayne quoted me a reasonable price and was able to send someone the day I called, so I used them. Art and Hector showed up promptly, spent a lot of time trying different sizes of roters since they met resistance in the line, when they determined they can not unclog the line, they showed me where the problem spot is by measurement, and told me it's most likely a broken city sewer pipe, which the city would be responsible for fixing, if I have them show it on video camera to a city inspector, and their office can call to make the arrangement. They gave me a discount for their service that day, since the line cannot be successfully uncligged. So Bubba& Wayne did make an appointment for the city inspector to come out the very next day, proved on video camera the problem spot (same as what they told me, under a big tree on the sidewalk in front of my house). The city took it from there, removed the tree and fixed the pipe in about 3 weeks. I'm very happy with the workers' professionalism and prompt service, their price is also very reasonable compared to other outfits in the business. I like the fact that they have an office person answering the phone, not like some outfits you have to catch the service person on another job, getting an answering machine most of the time.

Recently rehabbed house. The basement drainage system was oriented to ejector system. Recent rains caused a back up (rain water) to an outside drain which was not connected to ejector system.  Called Bubba; Initial call nicely handled and given choice of appointments within 2 days of my call. Received a call from workers 30 minutes before appointment informing me they would be late. Anthony and Tim arrived (Tim is grandson of founder) They respected our lower level by placing towels etc down before rodding out blockage. The rod out was not easy. Tim would not give up. He tirelessly worked the tool. After having a problem breaking through, he changed the head to a smaller one and repeated the process. Success! Tim had previously told me the fee was $325 with camera inspection afterward. When we were done (we decided no camera as we were through);I said what do I owe you, $325? He said no only $195. I would have paid $325 without question. His integrity was impressive and reinforcing that this is class company. What is really remarkable is that I has another company come out and they told me I needed to install an exterior clean out and that a rod out could not be done . This would have cost us $ 2800. Hats off to Tim, Anthony and Bubba for their service, results and integrity.

This company was great.  Steve came out the same day I called to give us a quote on just having a clean out access installed in our front yard.  Previously we had to have the sewer line rodded out from inside of our basement to address tree roots creeping in the drain tile.  The problem was, the access port inside our basement is four inches and the tile itself is 6 inches.  When we had the rodding done about once every other year, 2 inches of tree roots were remaining inside the tile.  The problem with the tree roots getting worse and worse until eventually we were having to have the line rodded almost every other month.  This was getting expensive and we finally decided to attack the problem by having the cleanout installed.  Now just before the work was done, I called and asked if the 6 inch line was completely opened up to allow sewage to drain out, could water and sewage also back up into the basement during a very heavy rainfall that overtaxed the city sewer system.  The answer was yes.  I asked how this could be prevented.  I was then told that a complete flood control system with a pump and check valve was the only way to guarantee this would not happen.  Now I had three companies out to give me a quote.  Bubba and Wayne's Sewer Service was about $3000 cheaper than the other two for the exact same work.  When it was time to actually do the job, the crew was on time, polite, and professional,  They even obtained the city permits and scheduled a time with a city inspector so I didn't have to worry about anything.  The crew was clean and put a cover and boards down so as not to ruin the lawn.  After the work was done and with the inspector present, the company put a camera into the line and found a crack in the tile out on the parkway at the end of our driveway.  This is the city's responsibility and the company proved that to them.  I would highly recommend this firm for everything; quality, promptness, responsiveness, and price.  Excellent work.

Upon further inspection it became apparent that the original installation of the bathtub drain to the stack was done improperly.  He showed me the problem, as well as explained what needed to be done to make it right - which is unfortunately outside their scope of work.  At least a half an hour spent on the job, not including the drive time, and yet he didn't give me a bill.  He said since they weren't able to clear my tub, there would be no charge.  These guys are great.

Verified that the sewer line was obstructed with somthing metallic thus preventing the cutter from clearing the obstruction. Broke open the concrete floor in order to determine the exact problem. Found a metal pipe had been jammed into the main line (probably dating to WWII) and now roots had grown all around this pipe plugging the line. Removed the old, unused metal pipe and replace the broken section of the main line. Rodded out the main line to the city sewer in the street to clear all roots. Repoured the concrete to clover the repair. Note that a previous plumber had managed to get a small cutter past the obstruction, temporarily opening the line. Six months later it was plugged again. A second plumber discovered the metal obstruction, but didn't want to get into fixing it. Bubba and Wayne did the job right.

I had waste coming up from my drains in my unfinished basement.  I had a 12 noon appointment.  Tim called me around 10:30 and advised me that he would be at my location within 45 minutes.  He was there as promised.  He was courteous and knowledgeable.  Tim, Sylvester and Hector worked diligently and were done in no time.  My drains are running perfect now.

We had the unfortunate experience of having our a basement flood with sewer water due to a break in the line on city property. Bubba & Wayne came out and did two video inspections to help us prove that the problem was not on our property. They were knowledgable about the city's Private Drain Program, which is intended for situations exactly like this, and guided us through the process. They even set up the city inspection for us.
Before we bought this house three years ago, we had Bubba & Wayne perform a video sewer inspection (which everyone should do!) and we were very satisfied with them then. So I was happy and relieved to have them help us with this unpleasant and unexpected situation. They are prompt, professional and very very helpful. Highly recommended.

These guys showed up when called, gave me a prompt inspection and quote, and performed the work exactly as promised.  I should have called them first as they were the guys that came in behind a failed attempt.  These guys are honest and solid.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I called Bubba and Wayne because we had water that wasn't draining in our basement after it drained. They came out the day after I called and told me my sump pump didn't work and that a new sump pump would cost $550.00. That was outrageous. I called a couple of other companies and I was quoted prices between $325.00 and $450.00 for the same size pump (1 1/2 inches). I had another company come out who fixed it the next day for $325.00.

I had to pay $75.00 to Bubba and Wayne for the service call but I was still ahead.

I have used Bubba and Wayne several times over the years in different buildings I own to clean catch basins, etc. I have always been satisfied with their work but I am very disappointed with their fees now.

I already submitted a report on this event. They did a great job and we can tell because the next big rainstorm, we had no flooding. It's working fine.

I have used them before and I like them very much.  They come out when they say they will.  They tell you what it will cost, and that is what it cost.  I ran into an additional problem because I had a broken drain between the houses.  They gave me a second estimate for that and fixed it up.  They are very good.  I am very happy with them.  This was the fourth time I have used them. They have been reasonable and polite.  They are clean and clean up after themselves.  They are patient and answer my questions.  They ask before they do stuff.  They don't just come in and start ripping stuff apart.  They keep me informed and up to date with what they are doing.  If there is a problem than we will discuss it.

They are an independent company. They do the rodding once a year and they have been doing our sewers forever. They were great. They were quick and professional. They were very reasonable, but the price may not be the same anymore because that was last year. I am going to use them this year again very soon.
