DO NOT HIRE BSM OR MONIKA SALAT! After the first cleaning, I came home from work to find deep gouges on my 4 month old stainless steel cooktop. The cleaning ladies had apparently used a knife or some other sharp object to scrape it. Anyone with any cleaning experience should know that you NEVER scrape stainless steel. I was hoping to resolve this amicably, but Monika will not respond to my texts or emails and will not answer her phone when I call. I guess she is hoping that she can ruin my new appliance and that I will just go away.
