BRUCE SWIECH

I have a condominium in a building built in 1927. 
Bruce had redone a kitchen in another unit in my building.  I liked the kitchen and I needed a few small projects done.  Then, when I saw his work, how he preps, how he cleans up, the detail of both his estimates and bills, I was sold.  He's it.  No body else is touching my condo.  We have worked together for several years.
Plus, if Bruce can't do the work, he knows who can and I have him supervise their work.  Right now we are working together to enlarge a window in my unit.  It involves a window installer and a mason.  Bruce has spear-headed that project for me.
Basically, it is hard for me to give an estimate of how much I have spent over the years with Bruce.  Suffice to say, I'd spend it all again.

An exceptional craftsman. Enough said.

My place had bad lighting for the long hours of evening home office work or, even leisurely reading. Having been built in 1974 it didn't have enough electrical outlets, which meant running lamp cords across long distance. NOT GOOD! Mr.Bruce Swiech did a great job, he was timely and quick and clean. I am extremely happy with the results.

Bruce was very professional, polite, and friendly. He does home repair in a variety of areas, so he was able to counsel me on other problems I was having in the home. I am having him come back again to remount my sink; I'll update you on my experience then!

Everything Bruce did looks great. He was extremely courteous from our first contact when he came to provide an estimate. Most importantly, he provided the work with minimal intrusion into our daily lives; the work was done promptly with little more effort from us than letting him in the first day, and as the neighbor who recommend him said he would, he really did leave our apartment cleaner than it was when he started. As an added bonus, he also fixed our broken front doorknob lock so that he could lock it when he left without a key for the deadbolt.
