I received a verbal quote for the installation of both the window and the door. I purchased the items and placed them on 'will call' for Al to pick up. Because the initial door I purchased was out of stock the work began late. He did not begin work until two days after picking up the door. It took approximately three days for both the window and door to be installed. I checked the installation on the window and discovered that it could not be opened because of the framing. It took a day for him to correct this. I checked the door and it is difficult to lock. His explanation was that it was because of the framing around the pre-hung door. At the end of this project I was hit with additional material fees and a delivery charge that wasn't apart of the verbal quote. This definitely felt like a bait and switch.
Description of Work: Alvin installed a rear basement entry door. It was a pre-hung door that was installed to replace a built in door. His coworker installed a glass block window with vent in the first floor bathroom to replace a casement window.
