We had a bit of difficulty getting a fixed time to do the job, but once we had them there, they completed everything in a timely fashion and even came back out to check on some residual water that we had.

Good company, good experience. Highly recommend them.   1. I'm disappointed on the recommended ridge functionally.

They could not get it done in one day as they desired but came back the following day to finish. When they were done they asked me to take a look. It looked great.

Great crew.
Turned up at 7am on a Saturday - worked through until 7pm that night.
Give me a few options at different price points.

They came out on a Saturday to provide estimate and returned same day since there was time on their schedule and completed project. Would use again. Glad I found them through the Angie's list "snapfix" app.

Guys got here early in the morning and finished the job in a day! They cleaned up afterwards and added a and quot;cricketand quot; at no additional cost to avoid leaks in the chimney.

They were a wonderful company! They did a great job. They were on time and got it done quickly. I went with them because of the price.

Brothers came out to replace a leaking skylight. They quoted a fair price, came out and did the work within a week. They were prompt, clean and professional. I had to call them back out to install some flashing and they came right away with no hassles.

While they were quick to respond, they did not start the job when they said they would. When they did the work, it was incredibly sloppily done. It is embarrassing to look at. It looks like it was done by someone who has no idea what and quot;pride in you workand quot; means. They worked for about 1- 1 1/2 hours and then charged me $1250! I have the strong suspicion that the roof will leak in the near future. I would never use them again. I would never recommend them to anyone. I am so sorry that I had them come out. I have to apologize to everyone who looks at the roof and asks, and quot;What happened?and quot;

We had a roofer, but they increased the price from the original bid by more than double. We started looking into other roofers and after meetings and bids, we chose Brother's because of their honesty and professionalism. Brother's did a GREAT job. They were very professional and things other roofers wanted to charge extra for, Brother's had included in their price because, "that's a complete job." Everyone we spoke to from the office to the guys hauling away debris, were all professional and great to work with. They came back a week after the job to check the roof/gutters and to see if we had any concerns. They did a walk around and then decided to replace an old gutter (the gutter was working/didn't need replacing) because it looked "ugly" compared to everything else; free of charge. Neighbors have been stopping by telling us of the great work that was done during the day. Everyone has said the new roof is beautiful and a great start to bringing this home back to it's former glory.

They were reasonable, prompt, and so far so good as far as the roof goes. They came in around the estimate. The job took longer than expected, but the weather held out and they sent a full crew everyday. It was a big job, which they handled well. They kept in touch with us about the progress. There were some communication problems that were as much our fault as theirs. And the clean-up was not as thorough as we might have liked. Over all a great job.

Profs: As far as I can tell they did a good job on the roof. I would use them for maintenance of the roof again, because of their prices, but will be more careful.

Cons: They replaced our hinged access door to the roof with a simple wooden cover and didn't tell us they were going to do this. This cover is very difficult remove and and even more difficult to put back into place. When I asked them about it they said it would cost us extra to correct this.

They told me we would not need to hire an electrician or HVAC person to move, disconnect, and reconnect our air conditioning units as they could do this for for us. We just had the air conditioning units inspected recently and were told the insulation for the units need to repaired and there are exposed wires that need to be fixed.

They backed their truck into our fence and bent the part of it.

I was only given one day notice prior to the start of the project. I was told I would be given more time to notify the residents.

They did a lot of work at our house. They were good. The work done is beautiful. It was insurance work but it was a lot of money. They were very good people to talk to. They are very reasonable people. If one needs to do something with ones out of pocket money, they can come up with a good deal. The quality of their work looks good so far. They were very responsible. I definitely would use them again in the future and I definitely would recommend them.

One day about three weeks later I noticed that the metal had been replaced, I don't know when, and a few days after that I received a bill. Then they came by again to hammer in the nails, explaining that it had been too dark when they installed the metal.

I am not planning to climb a ladder to inspect their work close-up, but from the ground it appears fine.

Sorry this is not really a roofing job, nor a handyman job (since the handyman told me to call a roofer), but I didn't see a better category for it.

Would have liked the sealant done sooner but I realize that company was busy with roofing jobs, so that was okay. The person I always spoke to was Memo Tellez and he always answered all my questions and took care on any and all problems that came up (and there were very few).

Showed up on time each day and were very courteous and trustworthy.

It went quite well. I had to tell them NOT to throw roofing tiles on my new bushes but that was about it. They did a good clean up at the end of each day.

Memo came out and estimated the roof job, and discussed with me in roofing language I could understand what the options were including what he was recommending and discussing what I thought was needed. I felt like the communication throughout the job was very good. We decided to tear off and replace what decking was needed, and add roof ventiliation. I agreed to the proposal originally estimated at 7,000 and we set a date for the job. The crew arrived 20 minutes early for the job, scoped out and decided on where to access roof and where to dump debris. By 8am the job start time just had time to get a cup of coffee and get up to the roof to see a swarm of workers already had my old roof half off. I observed the entire job. It turned out that I had quite a bit of rotten decking. They brought this to my attention and discussed replacing the entire decking for an additional 2,000 which I agreed to, they had the materials on hand and replaced the entire roof. They worked all day stopping only for a brief lunch, and they worked late to finish up the entire job. They discussed they replacment of some siding on the roof parapit walls which I also added to the job for another $ 1,000. They were very handy and quick with the additonal Items. I did not make one of their replacement suggestions which was mainly cosmetic in nature. During the job a worker stepped through some of the rotten decking and through the ceiling of my master bedroom. I brought this to Antonio and Memo's attention and they had two patners appear immediately who not only repaired the ceiling and paint but also touched up all pain and ceiling nails on the top floor even one's that I indicated were not resulting from the work.. I was extremely happy with the work done and the communication before after and during the job, and would highly recommend this hard-working roof crew. They also provided me with all the warranties 5 years labor and 20 years materials, and invoice and contract copies and a certificate of insurance for the job.

Very fast. Very good. Cleaned up nicely afterward. Very conscious of an messes. Did work as promised. Payment at completion on work. Highly recomended. Outstanding work for the price. Good quality materials. Followed manufacturer'sspecs

The roofers worked all day Monday and Tuesday to complete the job. My daughter said they were professional, punctual, and delivered what they promised. They cleaned up when they were finished.

They were excellent. The quality of work and their knowledge of the job was great. They have great integrity. They cleaned up so well you couldn't tell anyone was their. I was very pleased with their work and will use them again for my own roof.

They arrived at 9 AM to tear off the old roof because the shingles were being delivered at noon. We then discovered there were only cedar slats beneath, not plywood decking they could nail shingles to without splitting the wood. They gave me the choice of adding plywood decking for $2700 more than the original estimate or putting the new roof on "as is." I approved the decking cost and eight workers labored non-stop until 7:30 PM to finish the job in one day (11 hours). They were short a few shingles and added those the following week. They're exceptionally hard workers and the roof looks great, but their communication/professionalism needs improvement. They frequently changed when they were or weren't coming without notifying me.
