Horrible, Michael Brooks came to my home to repair my American Range oven. He inspected it and quoted $390. He required a payment of $200 for parts that was a Tuesday. On Wednesday he called and stated he could not get the parts but he would try two more places and call me Thursday we’ll he did not call so Friday I called him and no response so I left a message. Still no response this is Monday. He still has my check for $200 how he got the high rating I will never know but I have now called the manufacturer and they gave me a repair company based on my model number and location so I will call them. And I have to go Thur the process of getting my check returned or stopped . I’m order to complete this form you must rate the service if I could give zero stars I would,

When I set the oven to 350, the display would say the oven had reached that temperature, but actually the temperature was much less. I called Michael Brooks and he was able to come out right away. He told me up front that he charged $100 for the service call. I agreed and he checked out my oven. He said the igniter needed to be replaced and that he would get one and return the next day with the part. He told me the part would be another $100 and I agreed. He returned the next day and installed the igniter. As soon as he left I made cookies but they took 30 minutes to cook instead of 10 minutes. I dug out my oven thermometer and checked the temperature - 250. I called Mr. Brooks again and he made another trip to my house. We discussed my concerns and he told me the new igniter needed to calibrate itself, and checked the temperature with me. It seemed to be working fine. That was just before Thanksgiving and now it's the end of June. Since Michael Brooks repaired the oven I have baked cakes, pies, turkeys, casseroles, cookies, pizzas, beef roasts, and many other things. My 20 year old stove has continued to work beautifully.

I thought that I was going to receive proper service . I told the man that came out to work on my fridge what the exact problem was. He wanted me to unplug the fridge overnight so that when he came to plug it up he can here if the compressor started. So he came plugged the fridge up and the compressor started. He then unplugged it again. And told me that I would need a censor and a fan. Then he felt the need to tell me that he sold refrigerators if I wanted to buy one from him. And highly expressed the fact that Samsun were ****** products. And joked about particular things that I did not care for. Once he plugged it back up the compressor did not come back on right away then he told me that my board was going out and I needed a new board. Told me my display was out and wacky and that was the problem. I decided to call an appliance and part store which is located around the corner from me they asked me which board did I need because there were four boards attached my serial number. I called him back (can’t even think of his name). I called him back to ask which board did I need he said he did not know. And that he has to come back to see and that he strongly advises me not to invest money in the Samsung parts because their ****** and just to put that money towards a new fridge . I WANT MY $55 Dollars back how can you come to my home and don’t even open up my refrigerator on the inside to diagnose the problem with no thermostat or nothing but jump the gun on telling me I need something really expensive. You basically didn’t help and didn’t do anything but complain about the brand of appliances that I had and how big you were in my tight space. I sought after another company and they came and actually opened up my fridge and had the tools and diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes and told me that I needed a new censor and thermostat. Something so simple. Not anything regarding such a drastic cost or part and THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY DISPLAY IT JUST NEEDED TO BE RESER. But whomever this guy was that came from this company was lazy and didn’t want to do the job but take my $55 and I’m actually really ****** about because it could have went toward the service I am now receiving. I want my money back
