Our old phone system started to die on Fri. Craig from Bradley provided an estimate that Fri along with references. The system was installed on Monday morning. So far, so good. Great responsiveness.

I'm more then satisfied with the service that I received from Bradley Communication. We requested proposals and estimate from a number of companies and Bradley came through as the most responsive, helpful, and had the most realistic pricing. Craig and John arrived on time and went immediately to work. Craig solved a minor programming issue that had been driving me crazy within 5 minutes of showing up on site. Craig and John were both incredibly knowledgeable of our equipment, building systems and ATand T (our service provider). Their invoice arrived spot on to their invoice. I did have to call them the following week when I arrived into the office and had no dial tone. They were back on site within 30 minutes of my call and had the phone active again in an additional 30 minutes. They found that it was actually a change by ATand T out in the street that created the problem. Overall, I would absolutely recommend them for any office or home install. Their prices are reasonable, they are incredibly knowledgeable and very professional.
