BILL IS ARTICULATE, PUNCTUAL, THOUGHTFUL AND JUST A GREAT GUY. YOUNG AND HUNGRY, HE IS EMPLOYED FULL-TIME AS A CONTRACTOR FOR A LARGE CHICAGO COMPANY. HE'S STARTING OUT WITH SMALLER PROJECTS AND IS MOVING TO MID-SIZE CONSTRUCTION AND CONTRACTOR PROJECTS AS WELL. GREAT QUALITY WORK. HANDYMAN REALLY ISN'T A GREAT DESCRIPTION OF HIM. HE'S BETTER THAN THAT. HE DOES EVERYTHING.
