BONNIE FLOWER SHOP

Needed flowers for a bereavement and found an arrangement on the FTD website. Wanted to use a local florist and searched Google for local FTD florists. Found Bonnie Flower Shop which was close to the church and had been in business for a lot of years. Checked Angies List and found that Bonnie was listed since 2010 but had no reviews. Anyway I called Bonnie's local number (rather than using FTD or Bonnie's website) and asked if there was a cost advantage to ordering directly from the store and there was. I was talking to the owner who told me that the instore price was never more than the webstore price but was sometimes cheaper than in the webstore. That was the case with my arrangement - instore it was $59.99, at the webstore it was $64.99 and through FTD it was $79.99. I placed the order over the phone for a total price of $75.53 which included the delivery charge and the horrible Chicago sales tax. Great deal. It was among the first to arrive on the desired date and it was delivered even though I gave them the WRONG address.  Great outfit - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. As an aside - the flowers looked so nice that the family took them out of the vase and used them at the gravesite.
