They were really reasonable. We had a really great experience with them. The guy who owns the company, I believe, was able to give me an estimate very quickly and we decided to move forward with the project. We were able to line up a pretty quick timeline to go along with what we needed. They were prompt and they communicated well with me. I had to get some of the materials but that was agreed upon before the project started. Everything went very smoothly.

Original work done in September 2011.  The front door had prior issues of rotting wood around the exterior frame.  The steel front door was replaced and so was the storm door.  The rotting wood around the frame was to be replaced with a special treated wood guaranteed to last 20 years.  Instead, an inferior product was used that was not even made for an exterior application, so it rotted in 6 months.  
The handle for the storm door in the garage entry was improperly installed.  No wood was every replaced around the side entry.
We called right away about the garage door and we were told Jeff would be out to fix it in a week.  He never showed.  Kept calling-but never showed.  The following spring we noticed the damage to the wood around the front door and started calling again.
Jeff has never returned our calls.  This company used to be great when Mark was working with Jeff.  Mark was thorough, professional, and responsive, and we recommended the to a lot of people.  Mark left the business in January of 2011.
Definitely not the same company.  I have to hire another contractor to fix their mess.
