He removed a faucet which was very expensive and could have been reused. He put in a new faucet. After he left, I looked for the removed faucet and I could not find it anywhere. I called him and he said that he thought I had put it in another room. I looked everywhere, couldn't find it, and called him again. He told me to look in the basement and it was not there. He, himself, told me it was a special quality the faucet it was.  It was an expensive piece which I would want to keep for future use.

I had him once before and he seemed pretty good. This time, when he did this particular thing, he was complaining and said he was sick of doing plumbing work. He just seemed very negative. The new faucet he installed is dripping a little bit now too.

Boehm Plumbing has been caring for our home's pipes for years. They've done both major and minor work for us. Today I called about a faucet with low pressure, and Willie Boehm called back a few hours later. After discussing the problem on the phone, he said he'd be right over--and he was here 20 minutes later. He fixed the problem promptly and explained what had caused it. I will definitely call them again when we need plumbing services.
