Everything went very well. Bob arrived on time. He was very nice and efficient. I was very happy with his work well done.

My tenant called on a Saturday and said his oven had ceased to work and that he wanted it fixed asap. I got Bob's name from Angie's list. He suspected (correctly) that the oven's lighting element was kaput. He was willing to handle the work immediately for a premium (but still reasonable) rate, but my tenant said Monday was fine. Alas, on Monday morning, my tenant had to scoot to to Kansas for a family emergency. Unfortunately, we forgot to tell Bob, who showed up on Monday to find the place empty. Without a single complaint, Bob rescheduled to Wednesday and handled the job easily. He sent us a bill, and we paid by check. All ended well.

Bob has always been great, responds super quickly, comes over quickly, explains everything that he's doing. We've used him for 2 houses over the past 9 years & is the only hvac person we'd call again.
