Bob's repaired my refrigerator on 7/31/2013., replacing a thermostat and re-starting the compressor. Over the next 2-plus months I fiddled with the settings but could not get the desired temperatures in both the freezer and refrigerator sections at the same time. Called Bob"s this morning at 9 A M and they were here by 11:30 A M. Said the problem was a vent that was stuck oped between the two compartments. They fixed the vent and didn't charge me anything!

This is a family business, and so they don't have a team of proffesional schedulers and technicians to help. But if you have the patience to adapt to thier schedule, you will get the most honest and sincere service for your needs. You can absolutely trust Bob's to do the right work for the right price. Bob love's his work, and has been doing it for ages. He consulted with several colleques to make sure the work was what was needed, and stayed untill the job was done.

MY EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I CALLED IS THAT SOMEONE CAME THE SAME DAY WHEN THE FURNACE NEEDED REPAIR. THE MOST DRAMATIC EVENT WAS ON CHRISTMAS DAY! I CALLED AT 6 IN THE MORNING, SOMEONE WAS AT MY HOUSE BY NOON, AND I WAS NOT CHARGED EXTRA. "BOB" HAS ALSO TAUGHT ME TO DO A FEW MINIMAL MAINTENANCE THINGS MYSELF, INCLUDING LIGHTING THE PILOT ON THE FURNACE, SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE CALL WHEN THE SITUATION COULD BE REMEDIED WITH JUST A LITTLE "HOW-TO" INFORMATION.
