We are a family owned and operated custom window treatment store. We sell everything from drapery to wood shutters to all things Hunter Douglas. Blinds Gallery prides itself on top notch customer service and product knowledge. We also can complete most jobs within 2 weeks. We use our own installers and have more than 30 years experience in all things window treatment realted. We will go almost anywhere in the Chicago area.

Terrible company and terrible customer service. My blind is broken again after a couple of months. They charged me $300 plus to send a technician out for 15 minutes and the blind is broken again. Mind you it’s a blind that’s about 12 feet high so no one can even touch it. This owner wants to charge me another $300 to send someone out to fix the blind that was supposedly fixed in June. Please take my advise and stay away from this company! They will be out of business soon because they try to cheat people and their work product is terrible. Find another reputable company to work with!!!!

I got the blinds from them about eight years ago and they just fix it when I need fixing. They are just a great company. I highly recommend them because they stand by their words. The workers are fantastic. They are just very agreeable and just very pleasant.

I FOUND THE SELECTION AT THIS PLACE TO BE GREAT. I WENT TO SEVERAL OTHER PLACES THAT OFFERED WINDOW TREATMENTS, AND VERTICAL BLINDS HAD THE BEST VARIETY IN BOTH TYPES OFFERED, AND PRICE POINTS. THE SERVICE PERSONNEL WERE VERY HELPFUL, AND PATIENT THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS WITH ME. THE PERSON THAT CAME TO DO THE MEASURING WAS VERY PLEASANT, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAD WITH THE INSTALLATION IS THAT ONE OF THE SHADES HAD THE PULL STRING MOUNTED ON THE WRONG SIDE, BUT THE INSTALLER HAD NO PROBLEM RETURNING IT TO THE COMPANY, AND IT WAS FIXED WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THE STORE EVEN GAVE ME A TEMPORARY BLIND AT NO COST, TO HAVE ON MY WINDOW WHILE IT WAS BEING FIXED.

THE WINDOW TREATMENTS WERE EXPENSIVE BUT PRICED COMPETITIVELY. THEY INSTALLED ON-TIME. ONE OF THE REPRESENTATIVES WAS NOT VERY HONEST. DUE TO HIS REPRESENTATION, I WOULD NOT USE THE COMPANY AGAIN, BUT THE PRODUCTS ARE HIGH QUALITY.
