They understand my business. They turn around our problems. They accommodate us. They know that we need our equipment for our business.

They concentrate on repairing lawn and garden power equipment. I usually take my lawn mower in for service. This time I took my Snowblower in to have a leaking gas tank repaired and to have a tune up. They charged me the price they quoted. Finished the repairs a day early and called me so I'd have the unit for a incoming snow storm.

This company held onto my mower for 16 days while they supposedly did the work I asked. They never called to tell me it was going to take as long as it did. They told me it was done, and when I drove over they said it wasn't and wouldn't be done for another 2 days. Excuse was it was the ''busy month'' of May. It took so long I had to hire a service to come and cut my grass. Definitely wouldn't use them again.

WE WERE HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE ON OUR MOWER. OUR TECHNICIAN, MARK, WAS THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE FELT THAT HE DID A GREAT DEAL OF WORK FOR THE $80 WE ENDED UP PAYING. WHEN WE PICKED UP THE MOWER HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO US WHY WE WERE HAVING THE PROBLEMS WE HAD BEEN HAVING AND HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE MOWER TO PREVENT THOSE SAME PROBLEMS FROM RECURRING, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER.

THEY WERE REASONABLE, COURTEOUS AND I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SINCE. HOPEFULLY I WILL NEVER HIT THAT PIPE AGAIN, BUT ANY OTHER PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE WITH THIS MACHINE THAT WILL BE THE FIRST PLACE I GO FOR REPAIR. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
