Beverly Tuckpointing

I initially contacted Beverly Tuckpointing on 8/2/11. I received a call back the following evening but was unable to answer the call. So, he did call me back, not in the 24hour window their message says, but he called back. The following morning (8/4/11) I called again to schedule an appointment, but got a busy signal so I called later that afternoon. I didn't hear anything for four days. They are a local company and advertise in our local neighborhood paper, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called on 8/8/11 and left a message. He called back that evening and we scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, August 10 at noon. It is now 12549 and he has neither shown up, nor called to tell me he would be late. I should have known something like this would happen. He was very difficult to get ahold of (your call goes right to voicemail) but I like to support local business so I gave him a shot.
